why Spain and Belarus together? why not?. the purpose of these series is that music brings the world together. originally i intended to do hetalia girls with their traditional music and dance. then the idea developed into couples dancing, and here it is. Spain and Belarus.plus i found that Belarus aggressive character will mellow down infront of Spain's carefree, sweet nature.
Spain dance is called Flamenco (not to be confused with "flamingo" the bird). the word flamenco in spanish means fire or flame and "enco" means youth and strength. it's the same reason why i like this dance from Spain. it's sexy, fiery and very energetic. although women look beautiful and stunning in dresses while dancing to this dance, but i think personally men stand out more.
Belarus dance is folklore. probably "bulba" meaning "potato" dance but i am not quite right.i tried to search for Belarus traditional customs and dance but guess the soviet union had very similar customs and dance style. i really love Russia/Ukraine/Belarus traditional clothing because they are spitting image of fairy tales. the dress belarus is wearing was inspired from this consert [link]
i do not own these characters, they belong to :
